11/1/06  Junior Krista VandeVenter injured her shoulder in the exhibition game against Northern State.  She tore her labrium and her return this season is uncertain.

11/8/06  Lisa Bluder signed two players in the early signing period.  Kachine Alexander is a 5'9 guard from Minneapolis, Mn and Kelsey Cermak is a 6'2 forward from Norwalk, Ia.

6/26/06.  Senior Johanna Solverson tore the acl in her right knee for the second time.  She missed the 2005-06 season after tearing it in the summer of 2005.

6/10/06.  Coach Lisa Bluder received a verbal commitment from 6'2 forward Kelsey Cermak of Norwalk, Ia.

1/12/06.  High School freshman point guard Jaime Printy has made a verbal commitment to attend Iowa starting in 2009.
